What a wild ride this story is! From a mischievous, fire-starting kid who never quite fit the mold, to a self-made chef standing in kitchens next to some of the biggest names in fine dining, all without the traditional path so many "success stories" lean on: Paul doesn't shy away from the rough edges of his own story, and I think that's what makes it so compelling.
